Founded in 2014, and becoming a registered charity in 2016, Cabaret vs Cancer raises money to, quite simply support those affected by cancer.

Our mission

In 2014, burlesque performer, cabaret producer and mentor, Rose Thorne, founded Cabaret Vs Cancer.

Her mission? To make a genuine difference to the lives of those affected by cancer — through live performance. Cancer has a devastating impact on so many, rippling outwards and affecting families, loved ones, and entire communities.

Since becoming a registered charity in 2016, Cabaret Vs Cancer has been turning compassion (and iconic cabaret shows) into action, raising money to award grants to a range of incredible cancer support charities.

The money you help us raise ensures these cancer charities can provide care, comfort, and advice when it matters most.
